Free online access to books on Sri Ramana Maharshi
Visitors to Sri Ramanasramam are aware of the beautiful library overlooking the slopes of majestic Arunachala Hill where books on Sri Ramana Maharshi can be read.
Along similar lines, Sri Ramanashram is now building a digital library where online visitors can read (not download) books on Sri Ramana Maharshi in various languages. This is a long term project because a lot of work is involved in digitizing the books. Devotees can help by donating the books in digital form (pdf) to the ashram in any language. Accepted books will become part of the online digital library.
On February 12, 2014 the sacred day of Punarvasu, we inaugurate the online library with Russian books on Sri Ramana Maharshi to read.
Quote from Bhagavan
Just as children are given their food first, these dogs, as well as birds, cows, etc., are first given their food and sweets, if any; and thereafter the beggar-guests, daridranarayana (God in the guise of the poor) , who wait outside, are given their doles of food; and lastly Maharshi, his guests and inmates of the Asram take the remaining food. Whether it is coffee or candy, cake or other cooked food these ‘children’ must be served first.
